Raleigh NC, July 30, 2010  –  Raleigh attorney and member of Manning Fulton & Skinner, P.A.,  Jennifer L. Weaver, has been selected to serve as the Chair of the Task Force of the Executive Women’s Luncheon Series of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. 

Jennifer is a civil law attorney with a practice focused on general corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning and estate planning.  She is a member of both Wake County and Durham County Bar Associations and of the North Carolina Bar Association, where she serves on the Women in the Profession Committee.  Jennifer is recognized in the 2009 and 2010 editions of North Carolina Super Lawyers as a Rising Star.  In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors of the North Carolina School Community Health Alliance (NCSCHA).
