2009 - MANNING FULTON’S RITCHIE TAYLOR ELECTED TO NCBA BUSINESS LAW SECTION COUNCIL

RALEIGH, NC, February 25, 2009 – Ritchie W. Taylor, a shareholder at Manning Fulton & Skinner, P.A., has been elected to the North Carolina Bar Association Business Law Section Council.  He will serve a three year term, from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2012.  Ritchie concentrates his practice in the areas of franchise law, mergers and acquisitions, and business law.  He is the only North Carolina attorney to be designated a Certified Franchise Executive and is the founding Chair of the Business Law Section’s Franchise Committee.
