Raleigh, NC - -Michelle L. Frazier has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Wake County Bar Association and the Tenth Judicial District Bar.  Michelle is a government relations attorney at Manning Fulton and Skinner, P.A. and represents clients with issues before the North Carolina General Assembly.  Her previous experience includes working at the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) serving as Assistant Executive Director which included the supervision of the NCBA's Office of Governmental Affairs.  She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Strategic Planning Subcommittee of the NCBA Women in the Profession Committee.
