Representative Experience
Barry represents commercial real estate developers and investors through the phases of the development of a variety of commercial properties—from land acquisition and financing to construction, development, leasing and management of the property, and often, to sale of the project. He has worked on many different projects including raw land assemblages, small and large office buildings, individual warehouses and warehouse projects, apartment projects and retail shopping centers. He especially enjoys working with local professionals such as doctors, accountants and other lawyers with respect to their office and real estate investments.
Barry supervises title examination work for the firm and is often employed by title insurance companies and clients to ascertain and certify to the status of titles and to resolve title questions and problems. For many years, Barry also had a thriving residential practice, and he continues today to represent clients in the purchase, sale and refinance of their personal homes and investment properties.
