Representative Experience
Bill works with clients primarily in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration and taxation. He has represented hundreds of clients in the development of estate plans, including the preparation of wills, trusts and all other documents for both small and large estates. Bill has also represented personal representatives in several hundred estates.
His representation generally includes such services as counseling for executors and administrators, representation for initial proceedings (probate), preparation of all tax returns (estate taxes and fiduciary income taxes), preparation of all inventories and accounts, distributions and final accountings.
Bill is very active in the trust area, having personally represented a large number of trusts. These activities include setting up intervivos trusts and testamentary trusts, counseling of trustees on all administrative and tax issues, administration of trusts including the preparation, filing of all fiduciary income tax returns and all accounting through final distribution of assets.
