Manning Fulton did a great job of working under very tight time constraints and getting the deal pushed across for us.  It was great communication.  They brought in the right people at the right time – it was seamless from our point of view.   They knew which aspects of the deal to focus on, and which were ancillary.  At the end of the day, I needed to run my business.
